Delete inside the app
- Open Room4Quiz.
- Open Settings.
- Under Profile & Account, choose Delete account.
- Review the data summary and confirm deletion.
Delete only a template
You do not need to delete your account to remove a saved template. Open a room setup screen, choose Templates, select the Private or Public list, then open the three-dot menu on a template you created. Choose Delete and confirm.
If you cannot open the app
Send an account-deletion request from the Google email connected to the account to room4quiz.support@gmail.com. Use “Room4Quiz account deletion” as the subject. We will verify account ownership before deletion and normally complete a verified request within 30 days.
What is deleted
The Firebase account and profile, owned cloud templates, hosted rooms, Shop Point wallet and active entitlements, submitted reports, votes, rewarded-ad records, hidden-template and blocked-creator lists, and other active user-linked cloud records are deleted.
What may be retained
Limited purchase or transaction records may be retained or anonymized where needed for fraud prevention, refunds, tax, accounting, security or legal claims. Limited moderation audit records may also be retained for enforcement consistency and appeals. These exceptions do not keep the active account profile.
Google Play subscriptions
Deleting the app or your Room4Quiz account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in Google Play before or after requesting account deletion. Deleting the account may remove your ability to use subscription benefits in Room4Quiz even while Google Play continues billing.
