Delete your Room4Quiz account

Guest players and parents

Guests do not need to link a Google account to request deletion. In app versions with the guest-deletion action, open Settings, choose Delete guest data, and confirm. This removes that guest profile, its game participation, answers and scores, and any rooms or templates it owns. The app also clears that guest’s saved player name, birth date, local templates and guest points. Language and other device preferences, including the age-based access restriction, are kept. Continuing in the app creates a new guest profile.

If you do not see that action, cannot open the app, or are a parent or guardian requesting deletion for a child, email room4quiz.support@gmail.com with the subject “Room4Quiz guest data deletion”. Include the Player ID shown in Settings if available, and enough information to identify the affected play session, such as the room code, player name and approximate play date. Do not send a password, full birth date or identity-document scan. A Player ID or room code alone is not proof of ownership; we may need proportionate additional verification before removing data. If the available information cannot identify or verify the guest profile, we will explain that limitation. Verified requests are normally completed within 30 days.

Delete only a template

You do not need to delete your account to remove a saved template. Open a room setup screen, choose Templates, select the Private or Public list, then open the three-dot menu on a template you created. Choose Delete and confirm.

If you cannot open the app

Send an account-deletion request from the Google email connected to the account to room4quiz.support@gmail.com. Use “Room4Quiz account deletion” as the subject. We will verify account ownership before deletion and normally complete a verified request within 30 days.

What is deleted

The Firebase account and profile, owned cloud templates, hosted rooms, Shop Point wallet and active entitlements, submitted reports, votes, rewarded-ad records, hidden-template and blocked-creator lists, and other active user-linked cloud records are deleted.

What may be retained

Limited purchase or transaction records may be retained or anonymized where needed for fraud prevention, refunds, tax, accounting, security or legal claims. Limited moderation audit records may also be retained for enforcement consistency and appeals. These exceptions do not keep the active account profile.

Google Play subscriptions

Deleting the app or your Room4Quiz account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in Google Play before or after requesting account deletion. Deleting the account may remove your ability to use subscription benefits in Room4Quiz even while Google Play continues billing.
